Booking and cancellation terms
This website is our own booking office. There is no agency in the middle, so the terms are short: what you send us, what we reply, and what happens if your plans change.
Sending a request
Your enquiry is a request, not a booking. Fill in the form, or write to us on WhatsApp or by phone, with the house, the dates and the number of guests. We reply within 24 hours with what is available and a price.
What a confirmation means
Your stay is confirmed when we have replied and you have accepted the offer by message. Until then the dates are only requested, and another guest may ask for the same nights.
Price, fees and payment
The price we quote is the price you pay: no booking fee, no commission and no agency in the middle. Breakfast is available; whether it is included depends on your offer. You pay on arrival at the property, to the host, and we confirm how you can pay with your offer. This website never asks for card details.
If your plans change
Tell us as early as you can, by phone or WhatsApp, and we will do what we can with the dates. You deal with us directly, and the conditions for your stay, including anything we might ask for in advance, are confirmed with your offer; we simply ask for as much notice as you can give.
What we ask of you
Give us the real number of guests, including children and their ages, and tell us when you book about anything that affects your stay, for example a late arrival. It is easier to arrange on the day if we know in advance.
Things outside our control
Mountain weather and closed roads happen. If something stops us hosting you, we will tell you as soon as we know and help you find another arrangement.
Your details
We handle your enquiry as described on the privacy page: the family reads it and nobody else, and you can ask us to correct or delete it.
